Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is slow-paced. Poses are held in stillness for prolonged periods of time, targeting your deep connective tissues, increasing circulation through the joints and improving flexibility.

Aerial Yoga
Play, explore, and refine traditional asana and movement with the support of the aerial fabric hammock.

Gentle Yoga
Provides therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses working to create balance and alignment in the body, while bringing calm to the mind. A variety of modifications and somatic movements are taught. Appropriate for all levels.
