Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is slow-paced. Poses are held in stillness for prolonged periods of time, targeting your deep connective tissues, increasing circulation through the joints and improving flexibility.

Yoga Strong

This class is designed to improve strength, balance, and cardio. Half of the class is dedicated to a yoga flow, connecting body and breath, and the other half uses various weights (optional), and bands. Come have some fun while getting yoga strong!

Aerial Yoga

Play, explore, and refine traditional asana and movement with the support of the aerial fabric hammock.

Vinyasa Flow

Gentle Movement

Provides therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses working to create balance and alignment in the body while bringing calm to the mind. A variety of modifications and somatic movements are taught. Appropriate for all levels.
